The organisation was incorporated as a Limited Company in 1998 by Andrew Skilling and Kevin Skilling. Today, three of Andrew’s sons: James Skilling (Managing Director), Matthew Skilling (Technical Director), and Kevin Skilling (Director), lead the business and have been instrumental in its growth and success. The company proudly remains family-owned, with all shares held exclusively by family members. This personal and human element underpins the strong family values that continue to shape and guide the way the organisation operates.
